Pearls, and for other purposes.

| (2.) | The register shall be open for inspection by the public at |
all times during ordinary office hours.
| (3.) | Every name of a licensee shall be struck off the register |
unless within six weeks after the thirty-first clay of December in any year the Inspector of Fisheries receives notice that a fresh license has been issued to such licensee.

EVERY sergeant of police, and every member of the police Resident Magistrate or the hands of any two Justices of the Peace, may, at any time on a business day, enter the place of business of a person holding a pearl dealer's license, or other the place where his Pearl Purchase Book is, and may inspect and make extracts from such book ; and every person resisting or impeding such inspection or extracting shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.

8.
9. (I.) THE Governor may make, alter: and repeal Regulations
for carrying out the objects of this Act, and after the publication of l'gula
any such Regulations in the Government Gazette they shall have the
force and effect of law.
(2.) Any person who shall infringe any regulation made as
