This order in council may be cited as the Peanut Marketing Board (Extension of Period of Office Order) 1991. Definition 2. In this order in council— “Peanut Marketing Board” means the board constituted under the order in council, dated 28 August 1930, made under the Act. Extension of period of office 3. The period of office of the members of the Peanut Marketing Board is extended to 27 May 1992.
