Payroll Tax Rebate Scheme (Jobs Action Plan) Amendment (Extension) Act 2015 (NSW)

An Act to amend the Payroll Tax Rebate Scheme (Jobs Action Plan) Act 2011 to extend the period during which rebates may be granted under that Act.

This Act is the Payroll Tax Rebate Scheme (Jobs Action Plan) Amendment (Extension) Act 2015.

2Commencement

This Act commences on the date of assent to this Act.

3Amendment of Payroll Tax Rebate Scheme (Jobs Action Plan) Act 2011 No 19(1)

Omit “1 July 2015” from section 7 (b). Insert instead “1 July 2019”.

Omit “30 June 2015” from section 13 (3) (b). Insert instead “30 June 2019”.

Omit “30 September 2015” from section 21 (1) (a).

Insert instead “30 September 2019”.

Omit section 62A (1) and (2). Insert instead:
