present Parliament assembled, as follows, that is to say: |
The Jury |
Amendment Act, 1865," payments shall be made out of the General Revenue to jurymen attending criminal sittings according to the following scale :-
To each juryman, for each day's attendance. | Eight Shillings |
To each juryman,
for each mile in distancebetween the residence
of such juryman, asappearing on the jury-list, and the place
where the sittings are held ... ...... ... ... ... ... | Sixpence |

2. Nopcrson shall 'be summoned as a juror to attend anywithinwhich jury
criminal sittings who shall reside more than ten miles from the place | |
where such sittings are to be held. |
