An Act to provide for the Payment of Members of

HEREAS it is desirable to provide for the payment of Prembla

Members of Parliament--Be i t therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

1. Every Member of Parliament, whether a Member of the Legis- ~~~b~~~ to be

by section 3, shall be entitled to receive payment in respect of

his services in the dischargc of his parliamentary duties, at the

rate of Two Hundred Pounds per annum.

2. Such payment shall be made out of the General Revenue of Mode of payment.
