Pay-roll Tax Assessment Amendment

Regulations (No. 6) 2006

The amendments in these regulations are to the Pay-roll Tax
Assessment Regulations 2003*.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Pay-roll Tax Assessment Amendment
Regulations (No. 6) 2006.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Land Information Authority Act 2006 comes into operation.

3.             The regulations amended

4.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "The Department of Land Administration";
(b)	by deleting "The Valuer General's Office".
