1.            Citation

These regulations are the Pay-roll Tax Assessment Amendment
Regulations (No. 5) 2006.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Pay-roll Tax
Assessment Regulations 2003*.

3. Schedule 1 amended
Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "The Department of Conservation and Land Management";
(b)

by deleting "The Department of Environment" and " The Department of Environment and Conservation ".
