1.             Citation

These regulations are the Pay-roll Tax Assessment Amendment
Regulations (No. 4) 2006.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Pay-roll Mx
Assessment Regulations 2003*.

4.            Regulation 31 amended

Regulation 31(b) is amended by deleting "63c" and inserting instead —

" 67c ".
