1.            Citation

Regulations (No. 3) 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Pay-roll Tax
Assessment Regulations 2003*.

3.             Regulation 18 amended

(1) Regulation 18(1)(a) is amended by deleting "week immediately

before" and inserting instead —

before" and inserting instead —

4.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended by inserting after "The Commissioner of
