The amendments in these regulations are to the Pay-roll Tax
Assessment Regulations 2003*.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a)

by deleting "The Department of Environmental " The Department of Environment -;

(b)

by inserting after "The South West Development " The State Supply Commission ".
