PAY-ROLL TAX ASSESSMENT AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1997

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Pay-roll Tax Assessment

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1997.

Regulation 11A amended

2.      Regulation 11A of the Pay-roll Tax Assessment Regulations 1971* is

amended by deleting "8%" and substituting the following —

4( 6% ".
