Pay-roll Tax Assessment Amendment

Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Pay-roll Tax Assessment
Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Pay-roll Tax
Assessment Regulations 1971*.

3.             Regulation 5 amended

Regulation 5(2) is repealed.

4.             Regulation 6 amended

Regulation 6 is amended by deleting “duly signed,”.

5.             Regulation 8 amended

Regulation 8(1) is repealed.

6.             Regulation 11 repealed

Regulation 11 is repealed.
