Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Pay-roll Tax Assessment
Amendment (2003) Regulations 2003.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Pay-roll Tax
Assessment Regulations 2003*.

3.             Regulation 31 amended

Regulation 31(11) is amended by deleting -50c- and inserting

instead —
" 61c ".
