PAY-ROLL TAX AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 4) 1996

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Pay-roll Tax Amendment

Regulations (No. 4) 1996.

By Command of the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, J. PRITCHARD, Clerk of the Council.

Schedule 2 amended

2. Schedule 2 to the Pay-roll Tax Regulations* is amended —

(a) by inserting after item 6 the following items —

6A. Department of Contract and Management Services
6B. Department of the Curriculum Council of WA

6C. Department of Education Services

and

(b) by deleting item 16.
