Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Pay-roll Tax Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1995.

Schedule 2 amended

2. Schedule 2 to the Pay-roll Tax Regulations* is amended —

(c)	by inserting after item 7 the following item —
" 7A. Department for Family and Children's Services
(d)	by deleting item 12;
(e)	by inserting after item 27 the following item —
" 27A. Ministry for Planning
(f)	by deleting item 36; and
(g)	by inserting after item 51 the following item —
" 52. Women's Policy Development Office ".
