PAY-ROLL TAX AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Pay-roll Tax Amendment

Regulations 1996.

Schedule 2 amended

2. Schedule 2 to the Pay-roll Tax Regulations* is amended —

(a)	by deleting item 11;
(b)	by deleting item 34 and substituting the following item — " 34. Office of Racing, Gaming and Liquor
(c)	by inserting after item 35 the following item — " 36. Office of Water Regulation
(d)	by deleting item 45 and substituting the following item — " 45. State Revenue Department
(e)	by deleting item 48 and substituting the following item —

48. Western Australian Building Management

Authority

and

(f) by inserting after item 52 the following item — " 53. WorkSafe Western Australia ".
