PAY-ROLL TAX AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Pay-roll Tax Amendment Regulations

1992.  

Principal regulations

2.       In these regulations the Pay-roll Tax Regulations* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation 2A repealed

3.      Regulation 2A of the principal regulations is repealed.

Regulation 11A amended

4.      Regulation 11A of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "12%"

and substituting the following —

8.5%
