252 Pawnbrokers' Fees Validation Act 1991, No. 15 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title . This Act may be cited as the Pawnbrokers Fees Validation Act 1991. 2. Collection of fees valid and lawful . The collection of fees for renewal of pawnbrokers' licences during the period 1 July 1989 to 31 December 1989 which fees were in excess of those provided for under the Pawnbrokers Regulations 1989 (published in the Gazette on 24 June 1989) is hereby validated and made lawful.
