Amendment Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Pawnbrokers and
Second-hand Dealers Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.            Regulation 32 amended

Item 10 of the "fable to regulation 32 of the Pawnbrokers and
Second-hand Dealers Regulations 1996* is amended after
"pawned" by inserting —

" or second-hand ".
