Pawnbrokers and Second-hand Dealers
Amendment Regulations 1999
Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations may be cited as the Pawnbrokers and Second- hand Dealers Amendment Regulations 1999.
2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1999.
3. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Pawnbrokers
and Second-hand Dealers Regulations 1996*.

4. Regulation 28 amended
The Table to regulation 28(4) is deleted and the following Table is inserted instead —

5. Regulation 28 amended
The Table to regulation 28(4) is deleted and the following Table is inserted instead —

6. Regulation 31 amended
Regulation 31 is amended by deleting “$8.00.” and inserting instead —
