Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Pawnbrokers and Second-hand Dealers Act 1996.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Pawnbrokers and Second-hand Dealers Regulation 2008 to increase certain fees payable in connection with licences under the Pawnbrokers and Second-hand Dealers Act 1996.
Licensing and Registration (Uniform Procedures) Act 2002), 13 (Register of licences) and 43 (the general regulation-making power) and, in particular, section 43 (1) (g).
The fee increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index (rounded including sections 9 (Application to licences of

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Pawnbrokers and Second-hand Dealers
Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2013.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2013 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
