1. These applications are concerned with the operation of statutory provisions and associated agreements relating to the supply of and payment for water to certain consumers in South Australia.  They turn upon the construction of those provisions and raise no question of broader principle so as to warrant the grant of special leave to appeal to this Court.  The applications should be refused.

2. Pursuant to r 41.10.5, we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing each application.
