v
MINISTER FOR JUSTICE
[2016] HCASL 30
P57/2015
The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from orders of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia made on 16 November 2015 dismissing an appeal from orders of McKerracher J made on 15 May 2015 dismissing an application for review of a decision of the respondent to surrender the applicant for extradition to the Republic of Poland, pursuant to s 22 of the Extradition Act 1988 (Cth) ("the Act"), and to issue a surrender warrant under s 23 of the Act.
As the applicant does not have legal representation, the application falls to be dealt with under r 41.10 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth).
None of the applicant's proposed grounds of appeal enjoys sufficient prospects of success to warrant the grant of special leave to appeal.
Pursuant to r 41.10.5, we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
