The applicant requires an extension of time, but it would be futile to grant the extension which is sought.  The judgment the subject of the application was made in the exercise of discretion, in accordance with established principle, and discloses no error of law.  An appeal to this Court would not enjoy sufficient prospects of success to warrant the grant of special leave to appeal.
