Regulations 1997

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase the fees which are payable to the Pathology Services Accreditation Board for the accreditation and renewal of accreditation of a pathology service.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 13, 16,
18A, 28 and 40 of the Pathology Services

Accreditation Act 1984.

3. Increase in accreditation fees

In regulation 12 of the Pathology Services
Accreditation (General) Regulations 19901—

(a) for "$378" substitute "$396.00"; (b) for "$162" substitute "$170.00".
