1924. No. 115.

REGULATIONS UNDER THE PATENTS ACT 1903-1921.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Patents Act 1903-1921, to come into operation as from the first day of July, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

Dated this thirty-first day of July, 1924.

Amendment of the Patents Regulations 1912.

(Statutory Rules 1912, No. 76, as amended to this date.)

The first schedule to the Patent Regulations is amended by omitting items 38-42 and inserting in their stead the following items:—

“38. For office copies of documents (typed), for every 100 words, but never less than One shilling
