PATENTS ACT (PARTIAL SUSPENSION).
An Act to suspend the operation of Section Eighty-seven a of the
Patents Act 1903-1909 during the continuance of the present War and for a period of six months thereafter.
[Assented to 30th May, 1916.]
BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—
