HEREAS it is expedient to amend " The Patent Act, 1877 " Pre8mble.

Section 25 shall be read and have effect as if the words

Patent Act, 1877," except in so far as b p o r a t i o n.

the same is altered by this Act, shall bc incorporated, and read

and construed together accordingly.
