HEREAS it is expedient to amend " The Patent Act,1877 "Pre8mble.
of South Australia, by end with the advice and consent of the Legis- | W |
lative Council and House of Assembly, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows: |
1. From and after the as sing of this Act the seczions of |
Patent Act, 1877," hereinafter mentiol~ed sl~all
Section 4 shall be read and have effect as if the words " Devart- Amendment
of certainrnent of the Attorney-General " were tlherein inserted in' the

first and second lines thereof, in lieu of the words " Depnrt- | |
ment of the Chief Secretary." |

Secretary to the Attorney-General " were therein inserted in the first line thereof, in lieu of the words " The Under Secretary."

Pounds Five Shillings " were therein inserted in the seventh line thereof, in lieu of the words " Ten Pounds."
