Patent Attorneys Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Patents Act 1952.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1982.

Repeal

2. Regulation 2 of the Patent Attorneys Regulations is repealed.

Second Schedule

3. The Second Schedule to the Patent Attorneys Regulations is repealed and the following Schedule substituted:
