PASTURES PROTECTION ACT 1934 - REGULATION

(Relating to travelling stock rates)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Pastures Protection Act 1934, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Pastures Protection Regulations are amended by omitting from Regulation 38 (1) (b) the matter "20 head" and by inserting instead the matter "10 head".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Pastures Protection Regulations to increase the rate payable for large travelling stock.
