HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Pastures Protection Act 1934, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
Sections 25 and 26 of the Pastures Protection Act 1934 provide for the amount of general and animal health rates to be levied by a board for a pastures protection district to be linked to either the number of stock unit equivalents specified in those sections for a district generally or as specifically prescribed for the district.
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Pastures Protection Regulations so that the number of stock unit equivalents for the Gloucester Pastures Protection District will be as set by the Act instead of being specifically prescribed.
