Amendment Act of 1881” : Be it tliereforc enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and rvith the advict! and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South IVales in Parliament assembled, and by the aiithority of the same, as folloAVs :—

Short title.	1. This Act may be cited as the “ Pastures and Stock Prot('ction Acts Amendment Act of 1894,” and shall he read and construed with the “ Pastures and Stock Protection Act” and the “ Pastures and Stock Protection Act Amendment Act of 1881.”

(leelarcd to bo	2. 0]i and after tlie coniinenecment of this Act, upon receipt of a petition in that behalf from the Pastures and Stock Prot<'ction ]^oard of any of the districts named in the Schedule hereto, it shall be lawful for the Governor, hy proclamation in the Gazette, to declare flying fox(!s noxious animals within the meaning of the Acts aforesaid witliin any such district.

Duration of Aot.	3. This Act shall remain in force for two years only from tlic commencement thereof.
