Aw A c t to enable the holders of' certain pmtoral Leases to come

wider the provisions of the " FVaste Lands Anzendment and

Procedure Act, 1869-70."

HEREAS it is expedient to extcnd the time within which the Preamble.

W lessees of the Waste Lands of the Crown comprised in the leases specified in the First Schedule hcreto, may apply for and

obtain new leases under the provisions of Section 31 of the "Waste Lands Amendment and Procedurc Act, 1869-70," and to provide that the holders of the leases specified in the Second Schedule hereto, shall haye the privileges and advantages hereinafter expressed-Re it thcrefore enacted, by the Governor of the Province of South Aus- tralia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Asscmbly of the said Province, in thls present Parliament assembled, as follows:

have leases issued to them in the like manner as they would have been entitled had they so applied within the time by such section limited.

the lands as are comprised in the several leases mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto, which are situate in District A described in the said Fifth Schedule, were situate in District

B described in the said last-mentioned Schedule, and as if

such of the lands as are comprised in the said several leases, which are situate in the said District B, were situate in District C described in the said last-mentioned Schedule.
