to pastoral leases of certain portions of the waste lands of the Crown in the Province of South Australia-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor-in-Chief of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and .House of Assembly of the said Province in this present Parliament assembled,

Provided that if lands situate in more than one district are held under the same right to a

shall be entitled to the benefit of this Act in respect ofany right to a lease as
aforesafd, which haslapsed or expiredsince
the sixteenth day of March, one' thousand eighthundred andsixty-
nix.
