W l IIEREAS since tlie establishment of a Colony in New South

persons administering the Government of the said Colony liave from time to time made and published divers Proelamations Orders llules and iie^lations for tlie peace ivelfare and ji'ood government thereof and whereas it is expedient that all persons who have advised issued or acted under and in confoi-mity w ith any of the said Pi'oclamations Orders Uules and lU'g illations si ton Id be ])rotectcd from vexatious
