REGULATION UNDER THE PASSPORTS ACT 1938.*

THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with,
the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following
Regulation under the

Amendment of the Passport Regulations.
Regulation 6 of the Passport Regulations is amended—
(
a )by inserting in sub-regulation (1.), after the word “passport”, the words “other than a diplomatic or official passport”; and(
b ) by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:—“(3.) A diplomatic or official passport shall be in accordance with such a form as is approved by the Minister.”.
