tion for other matters than those therein specified:
Be it therefore Enactcd, hy the Lieutenant-Governor of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, That colnpensation for any breach of contract concerning the passage" of any " passenger?' on board of any passenger ship," may be sued for and recovered to the use of such passenger, from the mastcr of any such ship, in the same manner, and by
