Passenger Transport (Transitional) Amendment Regulations 2008

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Passenger Transport Act 1997 .16 June 2008

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Passenger Transport (Transitional) Amendment Regulations 2008 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Passenger Transport (Transitional) Regulations 2000 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 3 amended (Interpretation of Part 2) Regulation 3(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "30 June 2008" from the definition of transitional period and substituting "31 December 2008".
