Passenger Transport (Transitional) Amendment Regulations 2004

I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Passenger Transport Act 1997 .27 September 2004

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Passenger Transport (Transitional) Amendment Regulations 2004 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Passenger Transport (Transitional) Regulations 2000 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 3 amended (Interpretation of Part 2) Regulation 3(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "5 year period immediately following the commencement day" from the definition of transitional period and substituting "period starting on the day on which these regulations take effect and ending on 30 June 2008, both days inclusive".
