Passenger Transport (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2000
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Passenger Transport Act 1997 .13 June 2000

Regulations 3 and 4
1. | A decision of the Registrar, under section 7(2) of the Act, to refuse to register a motor vehicle as a public passenger vehicle | The registered owner of the vehicle |
2. | A decision of the Registrar, under section 8(1) of the Act, to refuse to exempt a large passenger vehicle from the requirement to be registered as a public passenger vehicle | The registered owner of the vehicle |
3. | A decision of the Registrar, under section 13(1) of the Act, to revoke an exemption | The registered owner of the vehicle |
4. | A decision of the Commission, under section 16F(1) of the Act, to refuse to grant an application for accreditation | The applicant for the accreditation |
5. | Any decision of the Commission under section 16H(1) of the Act | The applicant for the accreditation |
