Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Passenger Transport Act 1990.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to replace a reference to the Division of Analytical Laboratories, ICPMR, Health Reform Transitional Organisation Western with NSW Forensic & Analytical Science Service to reflect a change of name.
This Regulation is made under the Passenger Transport Act 1990, including section 63 (the general regulation-making power) and Schedule 5.

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Passenger Transport (Drug and Alcohol Testing) Amendment (NSW Forensic & Analytical Science Service) Regulation 2013.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Passenger Transport (Drug and Alcohol Testing) Regulation 2010
Clause 3 Definitions
Omit “Division of Analytical Laboratories, ICPMR, Health Reform Transitional Organisation Western” from paragraph (a) of the definition of approved laboratory in clause 3 (1).
Insert instead “NSW Forensic & Analytical Science Service”.
