His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Passenger Transport Act 1990.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Passenger Transport Regulation 2007 to repeal a provision relating to service contracts for buses (these matters will now be dealt with under the Passenger Transport Act 2014) and a redundant provision relating to ferries.
This Regulation is made under the Passenger Transport Act 1990, including section 63 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Passenger Transport Amendment (Service Contracts Repeal)
Regulation 2016.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 March 2016 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Passenger Transport Regulation 2007
(1) Part 7 Special provisions relating to buses Omit Division 2.
(2) Part 11 Special provisions relating to ferries Omit Division 3.
