Passenger Transport Amendment (Community Transport) Regulations 2010

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Passenger Transport Act 1997 .6 December 2010

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Passenger Transport Amendment (Community Transport) Regulations 2010 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Passenger Transport Regulations 2000 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 6A amended (Small passenger vehicle exemptions) Regulation 6A(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "1 January 2011" and substituting "1 July 2012".
