The following alterations should be made to the Regulation, amending the Passenger Transport Regulation 1990, published in Gazette No. 174 of 13 December 1991 at page 10336.

1. Clause 2 (b) (proposed clause 7A (2))—omit “Director-General” where secondly occurring, insert “Director-General’s”.

2. Clause 2 (e)—omit “15 (2)”, insert “15 (1)”.

3.  Clause 2 (f)—insert “Information in taxi-cabs” as a headnote to proposed clause 50.

4.  Clause 2 (g)—insert a full stop after “units” where firstly occurring.

5. Clause 2 (g)—omit “clause and the”, insert “clause and that the”.
6. Clause 2 (j)—after “and”, insert “by”.

7.  Clause 2 (m) (proposed clause 66A (g)—after “release”, insert “device”.

8.  Clause 2 (m) (proposed clause 66B (3))—omit “whether the action”, insert “whether that action”.

9.  Clause 2 (m) (proposed clause 66B (4))—omit “may be used”, insert “may be so used”.
