Partnership (Fees) Regulations 2013

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe fees payable under the Partnership Act 1958.

2Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 80 and 128 of the Partnership Act 1958.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2013.

4Revocation

The Partnership (Limited Partnerships) Regulations 2003[1] are revoked.

5Fees

For the purposes of a provision of the Partnership Act 1958 specified in column 2 of the table in the Schedule, the prescribed fee is the amount specified opposite in column 4 of that table.

ENDNOTES

1.     General Information

The Partnership (Fees) Regulations 2013, S.R. No. 77/2013 were made on 25 June 2013 by the Governor in Council under sections 80 and 128 of the Partnership Act 1958, No. 6330/1958 and came into operation on 1 July 2013: regulation 3.

The Partnership (Fees) Regulations 2013 will sunset 10 years after the day of making on 25 June 2023 (see section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994).

There are no amendments made to the Partnership (Fees) Regulations 2013 by statutory rules, subordinate instruments and Acts.
