Illis Act shall be read as one with "The Miners' Homestead Short titlo and Le.ases AM of 1913,"* herein called the Principal Act, and may be cited ~ oc~ 4ruction of together with that Act by the same title or separately ail " The Miners' Homestead Leases Act Amendment Act of 1913.'" 2. Tho following amendments are made in the Principal Act:- (1.)
