(1) Tlie Parramatta Public Baths Act of 18S6 is (2) The lands described In tlie Schedule to tlie said Act are liereby declared to be Crown lands within the meaninij of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, free from any dedication, and shall be deemed to he reserved from sale or lease save under the provisions of this Act. |

| Sale- | 3, (1) The sale of the land described in the Schedule |
to this Act to the Municipality of Parramatta for the sum of two thousand one hundred and ninety-six pounds ten shillings payable as set out in subsection two of this section is hereby authorised and approved.
(2) Tile jmrcliase money shall be paid by tiie council to the Colonial Treasurer in ten equal annual payments each of two hundred and ninety-one pounds eight shillings and twopence, the sum of which pay ments rejircsents the purchase money witli interest at five pounds ten shillings per annum upon the out standing portion of the purchase money, eipiated over the ten annual iiaymcnts.
An instalment shall be i>aid on the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, and on the like day in each succeeding year.
I f any instalment is not paid on any of the said dates it shall carry interest until jiayment at the rate of seven pounds per centum per annum.
(3) Upon the wliole of the purciiaso money and interest being paid to the Colonial 3’reasurer the Governor may grant tlie said land to the said munici pality for an estate in fee simple free from any trust or dedication alfeetiiig the same reserving to His M.ajesty all minerals thereunder and pending such grant and until the sale authorised by tliis Act is revoked the council of the said mnnicipalify may enter, possess, and enjoy the said lauds,

purchase money or interest thereon the Governor may by notification in tlie Gazette revoke the sale of the said lands authorised by this Act and thereupon the

lands shall become Crown lands within the meaning of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, and be deemed to be reserved IVom sale or lease thereunder until the Governor shall by notification in ttic Gazette otherwise direct, and any moneys paid by the said municipality shall be forfeited to His Majesty.
