Regulation under the Parramatta Park Trust Act 2001.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to change the amount payable under a penalty notice for an offence under the Parramatta Park Trust Regulation 2012, so as to standardise the amounts applicable to similar offences across legislation that regulates conduct at certain public places.

This Regulation is made under the Parramatta Park Trust Act 2001, including sections 30 (Penalty notices) and 36 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Parramatta Park Trust Amendment (Penalty Notice Offences)

Regulation 2019.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

Schedule 1 Penalty notice offences

Omit “$300” from the matter relating to clause 10 (1) (b). Insert instead “$200”.
