This Plan is Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 58).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 87 Church Street and 6 Great Western Highway, Parramatta, identified as “Area 10” on the Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011 Special Provisions Area Map.

4      Amendment of Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011

Clause 7.19 Development on land at 87 Church Street and 6 Great Western

Omit clause 7.19(1). Insert instead—
