1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 45).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land—

(a)	92, 94 and 100 Woodville Road, Granville, being Lot 8, DP 521888, Lot 1, DP 780942, Lot 1, DP 781277 and Lots 1000 and 1001, DP 1093851,
(b)	63 and 65 Grimwood Street, Granville, being Lot D, DP 150974 and Lot 6, Section 1, DP 975141.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
